Publication and Ethics Malpractice Statement

The International Conference on Emerging Challenges and Research Frontiers Across Disciplines (ICECRF-2026) aims to establish the highest degree of ethical integrity as it provides a platform to scholars, professionals, academicians, researchers and practitioners across disciplines to bring to the light various facets pertaining to the pressing challenges today like the sustainable development strategies aligned with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Thus, ICECRF-2026, is committed to maintaining the highest standards of integrity in academic publishing. This statement outlines the ethical principles and standards that must be upheld by all participants in the publication process, including authors, reviewers, and editors.

Ethical Responsibilities of Authors

  1. The maximum manuscript length is 5 pages, including figures, tables, and references. Additional pages may be included for an extra fee.
  2. Authors are obligated to submit work that is original, appropriately referenced, and entirely free of plagiarism.
  3. All data must be reported truthfully, without fabrication, distortion, or improper manipulation.
  4. Manuscripts must not be concurrently submitted to multiple journals or conferences.
  5. Authors are required to disclose all funding sources and any relevant conflicts of interest.
  6. Individuals and institutions that made substantial contributions to the research must be properly acknowledged.
  7. Each listed author must have made a meaningful contribution to the work and must consent to its submission.

Ethical Responsibilities of Reviewers

  1. Reviewers are required to deliver evaluations that are impartial, constructive, and submitted within the designated timeframe.
  2. Reviewers must uphold strict confidentiality throughout the review process and are prohibited from using any information obtained during the review for personal benefit.
  3. Reviewers are obligated to disclose any actual or perceived conflicts of interest prior to accepting a review assignment.
  4. Reviewers shall notify the editorial office of any significant overlap between the manuscript under review and previously published material.

Ethical Responsibilities of Editors

  1. Editors are in charge of making sure the peer-review procedure is impartial and open.
  2. They are required to assess papers only on the basis of their originality, relevance, and academic merit.
  3. Only the relevant author, reviewers, and publishing personnel will receive information about a paper from editors.
  4. Editors shall take appropriate action, such as retracting or correcting articles, if necessary, and will take reasonable measures to detect and stop publishing misbehaviour.

Plagiarism Policy of ICECRF

An anti-plagiarism policy is strictly enforced by ICECRF-2026. All submissions will be examined through the use of plagiarism detection tools. If plagiarism, including self-plagiarism, is discovered in a manuscript, it will be rejected right away.

Retraction and Corrections

Papers that have been shown to engage in ethical misconduct, such as plagiarism, data fabrication, or duplicate submission, may be withdrawn from the conference's proceedings. If serious mistakes are found after publication, authors could be required to submit revisions.
