Paper Submission Guidelines

a. Originality and Scope

All submitted manuscripts must be original, unpublished, and not under consideration for publication elsewhere. Manuscripts should present significant and novel contributions to the field relevant to the conference themes.

b. Manuscript Length and Format

  • The maximum manuscript length is 5 pages, including figures, tables, and references. Additional pages may be included for an extra fee.
  • Authors must prepare their manuscripts according to the given template, which can be downloaded from the conference website.
  • Manuscripts must be formatted in English, using clear and concise language.

c. Submission Process

  • All papers must be submitted electronically through Microsoft CMT, and it must include necessary details (paper id and title, author names, affiliations, and contact information).

d. Review Process

    The review process is designed to ensure that all submitted research is original, ethical, high-quality, and academically relevant. It follows a transparent and rigorous double-blind peer-review system in accordance with international ethical publishing standards.

  1. Submission and Initial Screening:
  2. Authors must submit their papers or abstracts through the Microsoft CMT (Conference Management Toolkit).

  3. Each submission is screened for:
    • Compliance with formatting guidelines of the conference
    • Plagiarism using standard plagiarism detection tools (e.g., Turnitin/iThenticate),
    • Relevance to the conference themes and tracks.
    • Submissions that fail to meet these requirements may be returned for correction or rejected.
  4. Double-Blind Peer Review (Ensuring Ethical & Original Research)
    • All submissions undergo a double-blind review, where Authors’ identities are not revealed to reviewers, and Reviewers’ identities remain confidential.
    • Each paper is assigned to two or more expert reviewers from the Editorial Board/Scientific Committee.
    • The primary aim of the review is to ensure ethical research practices, originality, scientific integrity, and contribution to the field.
  5. Reviewers evaluate papers based on:
    • Originality, Novelty and avoidance of plagiarism
    • Ethical research methodology and integrity of data
    • Technical quality, results, and clarity of presentation
    • Relevance to conference themes
    • Structure, citations, and literature support
  6. Decision and Feedback to Authors:
    • Reviewers provide detailed comments and a recommendation: Accept / Minor Revision / Major Revision / Reject.
    • The Track Chair or Editorial Committee compiles the review outcomes and makes the final decision.
  7. Review results and reviewers’ comments are sent to the corresponding/communicating author via the CMT portal.
  8. Authors are required to revise their papers according to the comments and resubmit within the deadline.
  9. Final Acceptance and Presentation
  10. Papers that meet the required academic and ethical standards after revision are accepted for presentation.

  11. Ethical Compliance:
  12. The conference adheres to COPE (Committee on Publication Ethics) guidelines.

    • Reviewers must maintain confidentiality and declare any conflict of interest.
    • Plagiarism, falsified data, duplicate submissions, or unethical research practices are strictly prohibited.

e. Plagiarism Policy

  • Submitted manuscripts will be checked for plagiarism using software such as iThenticate.
  • Manuscripts with similarity exceeding 10% may be rejected or returned for revision.

f. Ethical Considerations

  • Authors must adhere to ethical guidelines, including proper citation of prior work and avoiding duplicate publication.
  • Any conflicts of interest must be disclosed during submission.

g. Camera-Ready Submission

  • Upon acceptance, authors must submit a camera-ready version of their manuscript by the specified deadline, incorporating reviewers’ comments.
  • The final manuscript should strictly follow the Taylor & Francis formatting and style requirements.
  • To ensure a double-blind peer review, please avoid including author-identifying information in the main manuscript text or file name.

h. Copyright and Publication

  • Authors must agree to transfer copyright to the publisher upon acceptance or grant an exclusive license for publication.
  • Accepted papers will be published in the conference proceedings. High-quality papers may be indexed in Scopus, Web of Science, and other databases.

i. Presentation Requirement

  • At least one author must register for the conference and present the paper (in person or virtually).
  • Failure to present may lead to exclusion of the paper from the proceedings.
